“Hey Abs, look what I did.”  Another late night in Silvermoon City with Samiel and Absolain.

This wonderful piece was done by Alteya on Deviantart who I can’t recommend enough. I have no words for how wonderful this picture is. It’s amazing to rp the stories out but seeing them brought to life so skillfully makes me so happy.

~fin! Don’t get an awful lot of WOW commissions. Bloodelf!

The apartment had been empty of food for the last two days and Samiel was tired of it. He was so tired of it Tyleril had been pulled out of working at the smithy early.  “No more tavern food.” Samiel told Tyleril as if he was the adult. “We need food at home that’s healthy and tavern food isn’t as good as food at home.” Still wearing his smithy clothes- a knee length sleevless grey tunic and pants with his hair tied in a sloppy bun- Tyleril smiled down at Samiel.

There was something adorable about Samiel grabbing his hand and dragging him to the market. Tyleril wasn’t allowed to shop today. Samiel went from vendor to vendor, all on his own. Apples, dried food. A sack of flour, Tyleril carried what didn’t fit into their bag. Lost in his tired thoughts Tyleril simply followed after Samiel slowly.

“-Pop?”

Tyleril blinked as Samiel tugged at his tunic. “Y-yes? What are you eyeing?” He turned towards the smell of a stand filled with meat of a dubious quality. “I don’t think-”

“No pop. That.” Samiel tugged at Tyleril’s tunic again. “Someone drew you pop.”

A copy of a painting long forgotten made Tyleril blink. “Oh.” He looked at the painting. He had done a lot of things for coin to keep himself afloat after his significant other passed. Some more dubious than others. But that one job was just a painting. He had thought nothing of it- all he did was lay in the water for days- and it had slipped from his mind once he had been paid. It never occured to Tyleril that the painting would be sold- or even if copies were made. “That’s you Pop.” samiel tugged at Tyleril’s tunic andeyed his father with concern as Tyleril went red.

“Oh, I ah. don’t worry about it Samiel.”

“But Pop-”

“Samiel.”
